Kitchen Remodel Erwinna PA

[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”436″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]This kitchen renovation in Erwinna, PA, began with a 60+ year old kitchen that originally was a back porch. All the systems needed to be upgraded which included the leveling of the floor, new plumbing feeds to provide adequate water pressure, installation of hydronic radiant floor heating, and insulation using “green” energy saving spray foam. All finish materials are in keeping with the character of this classic Bucks County farmhouse: The flooring uses random width hickory; local hand cast Mercer tile is used as a backsplash; cabinets chosen continue the period look, and honed soapstone compliments a custom farm sink. The increased warmth in winter, the improved function, and the look appropriate to farmhouse vernacular led the client to say, “The kitchen is the favorite part of my home, all my family and guests want to spend their time there”.
